KVKK Privacy Notice

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), AKD Havacılık Tarım Haritacılık Arge Yayıncılık Pazarlama Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti ("Tarımus" / the "company") acts as the data controller. The security of your personal data is a priority for us.

If you complete the contact (meeting-request) form on our website, the following personal data is processed:

• Identity data: first name, last name, and organization name
• Contact data: email address and, optionally, phone number
• Request data: organization type, solution of interest, and your message (including any sourcing-region/portfolio note)
• Technical data: IP address and connection time (held in memory for 60 seconds, solely for rate-limiting and security)

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to your meeting request in writing
• Preparing the service scope and price quote
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions
• Keeping commercial records and archiving as required by legal obligations
• Generating anonymous analytics to improve our service quality (aggregate statistics containing no personal data)

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 on the following legal grounds:

• Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (the quote process)
• The legitimate interests of the data controller (service quality and commercial communication)
• Obtaining explicit consent, provided it does not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms (form submission)

Your personal data is shared with the following service providers only to the minimum extent necessary to deliver the service:

• Resend (email infrastructure, US/EU): to deliver your meeting request to us by email
• Vercel (hosting infrastructure, Global): to serve the site content

Field data (coordinates, GeoJSON files, etc.) is not transferred to third-party services; all remote-sensing processing runs on our own GPU infrastructure.

Except where legally required, your personal data is never sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes.

After the quote process is complete, your personal data is retained only for the period required by legal obligations (a maximum of 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code). Once the retention period expires, the data is anonymized or deleted.

Under the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, domestically or abroad
• To request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• To request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK Article 7
• To object to an outcome against you that results from the processed data being analyzed solely by automated systems
• To seek compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

To exercise these rights, you may submit a written request to info@tarimus.com. Your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.

This privacy notice may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are published on this page and the "last updated" date above is revised.
