A Base Independent of Regulation
Compliance products are bought because a law requires them; operational products, for a measurable return. This base is independent of regulation, broader, and the most open to recurring, season-after-season subscription revenue: it raises yield, lowers input and water costs, and secures supply.
The Same Data, Two Doors
Picture a food exporter sourcing raw material from many producers in a given region. On the operational side it gets the in-season health, yield estimate and early warning of its supply parcels — planning its purchasing in advance and cutting waste. On the compliance side it gets the physical climate risk and carbon baseline of the same parcels. With one supplier, both an operational return and an audit-ready compliance output; both come from the same source.
How Is It Priced?
The operational engine is priced on return and mostly on an area/portfolio basis, on a subscription logic that recurs throughout the season. The customer buys not a screen, but a measurable return.
Channel
Distribution scales largely through input suppliers, agro-dealers, cooperatives and agricultural advisors. It starts with a small, verifiable pilot, turns into a seasonal subscription, then expands in scope within the same customer.
